Marine Safari One Day Tour
Explore the open ocean in Baja California, Mexico

The Baja Peninsula is one of the last wild frontiers
Our Open Ocean Safari focuses on exploration, with each day offering the potential for amazing wildlife encounters. While the ocean is unpredictable, stepping on our boat offers the chance to witness true ocean magic.
Los Cabos is an incredible place for wildlife encounters, the diverse bottom topography of deep canyons and large seamounts attracts even the most elusive pelagic life. The most southern point of the baja peninsula merges the Pacific ocean with the sea of Cortez creating a rich and mesmerising seascape.
IT IS NOT PERMITTED TO SWIM WITH WHALES IN MEXICO.

What to expect
Departing from Los Cabos, we embark on a six-hour exploration of the Pacific Ocean and the Sea of Cortez. As a starting point to each day we are guided by our latest sightings and local reports, but always have our eyes peeled for Baja’s most charismatic marine life.
We will do our best to attempt to enter the water with the animals we encounter, however we first closely observe their behavior before deciding to dive in to ensure successful encounters and that we are not being overly invasive.
Your expert guide will share interesting information about the area we are exploring and the marine life we can encounter. They will always keep you safe in the water and do their best to make sure everyone has the best encounters possible.
The ocean is unpredictable, and our safaris can run the full spectrum from action-packed to slow yet steady. It is important to keep an open mind and be ready for anything.
