Diving Power – From Kuroshio Currents to Coral Pinnacles
Start your journey in Ito, where reef dives offer a variety of marine life and scenic underwater topography.
Then head to the offshore rock of Mikomoto, one of Japan’s top big-animal dive sites, famous for hammerhead shark encounters riding the Kuroshio Current.
This combo offers both comfortable entry-level dives and heart-pounding pelagic action.
Basic participation requirements:
Due to the nature of drift diving at Mikomoto, participants must have at least 50 logged dives, including training dives.
Accommodation & Diving Itinerary:
Day 1:
Arrival at Tokyo (Narita or Haneda), transfer to Tateyama.
Day 2:
2 dives at Ito (Bommie).
Day 3:
2 dives at Ito (Bommie), then PM transfer to Shimoda.

Day 4:
2 dives at Mikomoto Hammers.
Day 5:
2 dives at Mikomoto Hammers.

Day 6:
Free at leisure until departure, transfer to airport.

- 4 reef/boat dives at Ito (Bommie)

- 3 nights in Shimoda (Shimoda Tokyu Hotel)
- Meals: 3 breakfast and 4 dinner
Conditions:
- Prices include tax, based on double occupancy.
- Divers must present certification and logbook.
- All dive activities are weather and condition-dependent.
