Wildlife of India, 14 Nights

February/March 2019

Wildlife of India, 14 Nights

India – 15 Days / 14 Nights

Kaziranga, Satpura and Jawai offer a great opportunity to photograph India’s megafauna, especially wild elephants, rhinos, tigers, leopards, sloth bears and hillock gibbons. The habitats in each of these parks /conservatories, are wildly different and provides a fantastic opportunity to photograph these rare species. March is a great time for wildlife safaris, as it is spring, with great temperatures and the forests in different hues of their blooms. The migratory birds are beginning their return migration and thus it is great for birding in Satpura and Kaziranga!

We can add on a Tiger park for those who wish to add that as well. This itinerary is for those who may have already been to tiger parks on previous trips and wish to indulge in the other, lesser known wildlife parks in India.

Highlights of the Itinerary:

  • Exotic Indian wildlife in Kaziranga & Satpura National Park
  • Leopards of Bera
Enjoy in-depth explorations of each park traversing the forested ridges, thick bamboo groves and rivers. While searching for wild boar, chital deer, sambar, stunning birdlife such as the green bee eater, drongo and plum headed parakeet.

Specially Created For:

  • Wildlife enthusiasts
