Facing the island of Moorea, The InterContinental Tahiti Resort is a deluxe property stretching along the lagoon, a short 3km from Airport & 6km far from Papeete.

The resort boasts a private natural lagoonarium, 2 separate fantasy infinity pools with jacuzzi, one with swim-up bar, the other one with cascade, its own dive center, an Algotherm Spa and offers many other activities.

The restaurants propose refined cuisine and excellent entertainments.

Standard Room

Located at the first floor, these rooms of same size and decor as the Garden or Lagoon View Rooms, do not benefit from any view. We recommend the Garden or Lagoon View Rooms as an alternative, or Standard rooms for a few hours transit only.

Garden View Room

Category of same size and decor as the Lagoon View Rooms. They are located at garden level although most of them have a partial view on the water.

Lagoon View Room

Cosy and spacious rooms with private balcony. They are grouped around the central core of the hotel and all have views across the lagoon to the reef and the ocean beyond.

Panoramic View Room

Located at the far end of the 2 main buildings with 30 rooms in each. All Panoramic View rooms have a wonderful view on the infinity pool as well as the lagoon and off course Moorea.

Panoramic Suite

The ultimate in luxury in our most spacious and opulent accommodation, with its 74sd m of bedroom, loundge, bar area and dining room, all superbly decorated and equipped.

Motu Overwater Bungalow

Motu is the Tahitian word for an islet, and it's around our own little motu that we built theses overwater bungalows. The motu is built directly over the lagoon, in front of the Lagoonarium, the main pool and the central resort complex. It's a little heaven of peace and tranquility.

Lagoon Overwater Junior Suite Bungalow

These bungalows are built at the Lotus end of the resort over deeper (10m) water. Large bathroom with jacuzzi tub and separate shower.

Motu Overwater Junior Suite Villa

The exclusive Overwater Suite Villa has a roomy area of 100 sq meter, including the split-level terrace and the sundeck from which you step into the warm lagoon.
