Trip Commentary
Awesome adventure. An easy (hopefully!) blue water passage during the
absolute best weather window of the year from Vancouver to San Diego with
2 days spent exploring the Channel Islands. This is the perfect trip for
anyone who has ever been interested in experiencing the rythym of making
an ocean passage. Excellent pricing as well! Thursday evening departure
for Port Angeles, Washington. Friday. Clear U.S. Customs and Immigration
first thing in the morning and then full away for a 4 day ocean passage
to Santa Barbara Channel, California. Enroute we will be on the lookout
for humpback, grey and orca whales and we will have our tuna rods in the
water off the backdeck as well. Guests will be equally welcome to help
with navigational chores including shooting sights or just relax in a
deck chair and get ready for happy hour every afternoon... Tuesday - Wednesday.
Dive and explore the California Channel Islands. Thursday. Arrival in
San Diego.
