Red Sea Diving & Land Safari (8-day)

This 8-day sample tour focuses on magnificent diving sites in the eastern shore of the Mediterranean and Red Sea, including 2 countries – Israel and Jordan. Our Diving Itinerary is packed with coral reef diving, ship wrecks, dolphins and the first underwater archeological park! In addition, the tour invites travelers to discover the breathtaking treasures of these ancient countries, including spectacular visits to Jerusalem, Petra and Jaresh.

Day #1:
Arrival at Ben Gurion International Airport. Drive to the Roman Port city of Caesarea. Dive the ancient Caesarea harbor, the world’s first underwater archeology park. A one-of-kind opportunity to dive back 2000 years and witness firsthand the peak of Roman architecture. Afternoon tour of the ancient city, Overnight in Caesarea.

Day #2:
Leave early to Jerusalem. Enjoy the biblical and historical sites of Jerusalem. Explore the City of David, the Temple Mount, the Western Wall and the Underground Tunnels. Follow the Stations of the Cross to the Holy Sepulcher. Continue to the Jewish and Muslim Quarters, and shop at the oriental bazaar. Dinner in the lovely village of Ein Karem and Overnight in Jerusalem.

Day #3:
Cross the Judean Desert to Massada, and reach the lowest place on earth – the Dead Sea, to float on the water and spoil your skin… Drive south to Eilat, board a private yacht and cruise the Red Sea for 3 hours, while dining on a rich BBQ dinner, drinks and fun!.... Overnight in Eilat.

Day #4:
A Full diving day (3 dives + optional night dive) at Eilat’s top dive sites: Japanese Gardens, INS “Sufa“ wreck, Eilat “Coral Reef” Nature Reserve & the Dolphin Reef. Dinner at a restaurant & an overnight in Eilat.

Day #5:
Leave Eilat early & cross the border to Jordan. Enjoy a full diving day at Aqaba’s top diving sites: The wrecks of the “Pride” and “The Tank”. The reef that has developed on the wrecks is colorful and full of schooling fish. Free afternoon & overnight in Aqaba.

Day #6:
Visit to the lost city of Petra, world famous for its astonishing, red rock-cut architecture, and one of the wonders of the world. Enjoy magnificent canyon walking as you travel back in time. Overnight in Amman.

Day #7:
Travel to the northern part of Jordan to visit the spectacular ancient city of Jerash. Best known for the ruins of the Greco-Roman city of Gerasa, Jerash is a true heaven for tourists and history fans! Soak off the long desert day in a desert canyon hot springs. Amman, dinner & overnight.

Day #8:
Tour the bustling Jordanian capital of Amman. Street markets and bazaars. Drive to the airport – Shalom, Ma' Alsalam and goodbye from Israel and Jordan!
