Located in the town of Dauin, Bahura Resort and Spa nestles in the heart of a sprawling, 5 hectare beach-side coconut plantation. It is 25-minute ride by car from the Dumaguete airport, and an hour's drive to spectacular cave explorations, cascading waterfalls and whale & dolphin watching centers.

Bahura resort has 8 luxuriously appointed villas and 32 modern-detailed hotel rooms. Our rooms and villas offer intimate personal spaces for you to relax, soak in the sun and enjoy the panoramic vista.

Diving

The reefs of world famous Apo Island and the macro delights of coastal Dauin are easily accessible from our resort.

Our full service dive operation is the Philippines first Aqualung Facility with the all new BCDs, regulators, fins, booties and masks available for rent. Let our eagle eyed dive pros point out ghost pipefishes, seahorses, mandarin fish, frogfishes and other critters dear to an UW photographer's heart.

Our house reef offers a window to the underwater world of corals and vibrant fishes, while the dive sites in the area features some truly world class diving.

From day dives to night dives, our dive center provides complete equipment rental, fully qualified PADI Dive master guides and boats to and from the dive sites.

Our packages can be tailored to suit your needs, whether it's an intro-dive for beginners, unlimited shore dives with tank and weights or dive safaris to the world famous Apo Island. Macro Photographers will love our house reef , while fish lovers will certainly turn cartwheels at nearby Masaplod- a basketball court sized area chock full of oversized fishes and a resident turtle.
